Strivo pays 17.2 million SEK to account holders

Primrose Partners AB acquires the Swedish fund company Sensor Fonder AB, which manages the mixed allocation fund Sensor Sverige Select. Through the acquisition, Primrose Partners complements its existing business and creates the conditions for a stronger overall offer within the group.
Sensor Fonder is a Swedish fund company that manages the multi-award-winning allocation fund Sensor Sverige Select, with approximately SEK 4.3 billion in assets under management.
Through the acquisition of Sensor Fonder AB, Primrose Partners broadens its existing business, which already includes two securities companies and an insurance company, with additional revenue streams.
The operations of Sensor Fonder remain unchanged and the fund's managers Stefan Olofsson, Ulf Ă–ster and Stefan Ahlfeldt remain as partners in the fund company with unchanged duties.
The acquisition has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) and was completed on 4 October 2022.
